Welcome to Sail, developed by SWIFTFLIGHT INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using the Sail mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Age Requirement
The Service is intended only for users who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By registering for or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we have a reasonable belief that you are under 18, we will suspend or terminate your account and refuse use of the Service.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service you must register for an account and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable. Content involving sexual abuse or exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
5. Content Ownership and License
All content you post remains yours. By posting content on Sail, you grant Sail a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, display, and perform the content as necessary to provide and promote the Service, and to comply with applicable law.
6. Enforcement and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or take other actions if we believe any user has violated this Agreement, our policies, or applicable law. Sail cooperates with law enforcement and will report suspected illegal activity, including suspected abuse of minors, to the appropriate authorities.
7. Changes to this Agreement
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Refund Policy for Sail
General Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases of Virtual Currency (Coins), virtual items, and premium memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. By clicking "Purchase" (or the equivalent button) within the app, you acknowledge that Sail begins the immediate performance of the digital service and that you lose any right of withdrawal once the purchase is confirmed and the items are delivered to your account.
Exceptions for Refunds
- Technical Error: You were charged, but the Coins were not delivered to your account due to a system failure.
- Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
- Fraud: If it is determined that the purchase was made fraudulently by a third party not authorized to use your payment method.
