TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Eligibility

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, sexually explicit, violent, extremist, hateful, or harassing content;
• Engage in fraud, scams, or misleading activities;
• Impersonate another person;
• Share others’ personal data without consent;
• Use automated bots or scraping tools;
• Exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

We may monitor and review content for safety and compliance purposes. Violation of these Terms may result in removal of content, suspension of account, or permanent termination.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

• Monitor user activities;
• Remove content;
• Restrict features;
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.

We may take such actions without prior notice if we believe a violation has occurred.

7. Virtual Features

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value;

You may request account deletion by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted service;
• Error-free operation;
• Compatibility with all devices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:

• USD 100; or
• The amount paid by you (if any) in the previous 12 months.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
