1. Introduction

Thank you for using Sail (An app developed by SWIFTFLIGHT INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED). This Refund Policy applies to the purchase of virtual items and coins ("Virtual Currency") within the Sail application. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Nature of Digital Goods

Sail offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Coins). Generally, all purchases of Virtual Currency are final and non-refundable once the transaction is successfully processed and the coins are credited to your user account.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If you have successfully paid for coins but they were not credited to your account due to a technical error on our end.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made fraudulently or without your consent (subject to verification and third-party payment processor rules).
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for a single transaction due to a billing glitch.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. Requests made after this period may not be considered.

  • Include: Full Name, Sail User ID, Transaction ID / Order Number, Date of Purchase, Reason for the refund request, Screenshots or proof of payment (if applicable)

5. Processing Refunds

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If a refund is granted, the corresponding Virtual Currency will be deducted from your Sail account balance.

6. Third-Party App Store Policies

  • iOS (Apple): We cannot process refunds for Apple purchases directly. You must request a refund via your Apple ID purchase history.
  • Android (Google Play): While we can process some refunds, Google may also offer refund options directly through the Play Store within 48 hours of purchase.
